Our styles are mostly sparkling and range from dry to semi-sweet using traditional and innovative fermentation methods. In using a classic approach we strive to introduce new cider drinkers to more dry, smooth, and sharp taste profiles. Our creative styles are fun for the cider expert that seeks variety and interesting flavors like hops, ginger, and sparkling cider rosé.
We believe in strong partnerships with regional cideries, breweries, and wineries to help sustain the local craft movement. We’re proud of our collaborations with Chateau Niagara Winery and Chateau Buffalo that have led to unique styles that further differentiate Blackman Cider.
We have distribution in the Western New York and New York City areas. You can also purchase our product on the farm during the apple picking season.
